You released my bank levy and worked out a great payment plan....

I wanted to send you a thank you letter. You guys went above all means for me. You released my bank levy and worked out a great payment plan. I had tried to fight the IRS for years. Every time I called, I received different information and couldn’t keep up with their constant deadlines. The minute I called you, your professionals pulled all account transcripts and helped me file my tax returns. Today I can say that I am on the road to recovery and soon the IRS will fall behind the race and I will win. Thank You – this is not enough to express. I especially want to say thank for the constant communication and the attention provided to my case. I am glad that I was not just any client for you!!! Thank you Thank you

I had a collection officer drop by my business and handed me a summons....

I had a collection officer drop by my business and handed me a summons. He said that if I didn’t comply with the summons, my business can close with all the bank levies and levy to all my venders. I was terrified. I fell behind on my taxes while trying to run the business in this horrible economy. The IRS doesn’t care and didn’t understand but your professionals understood. You immediately took care of the summons. I didn’t have to meet that collection officer ever again nor face any collection action as promised by your tax professionals/. Today I am on a affordable monthly payment plan paying back my employment taxes. Thank You so much, you guys are awesome!!! 5 Stars indeed!

The IRS sent a notice to my employer...

The IRS sent a notice to my employer to take money out of my wages. They didn’t send me any notice. I was not going to have any money to pay bills or pay rent. I was so scared and stressed. After calling few companies, your company was the best choice. My levy was released within 24 hours as promised. My employer received a fax from the IRS itself to give me all of my money. I feel that I received the best service without being ripped off. Thank you so much! The IRS sent a notice to my employer to take money out of my wages. They didn’t send me any notice. 3-18-2021 L. Foster

L. Foster owed the IRS $72,000. Lifeback Tax settled the tax debt for only $25!

Taxpayer Situation:  L. Foster owed the IRS over $72,000 for tax year 2015. Ms. Foster is not working due to medical conditions and limited income stream.

Lifeback Tax Resolution Process: When the client retained our services, she was hesitant to work with another resolution company as she had previously worked with a company that provided no results. We made her feel at ease and walked her through a free consultation.

Once Ms. Foster retained our services, we immediately placed the taxpayer's account on hold to protect her social security benefits and bank accounts.  We also placed her account into hardship status, followed by an Offer In Compromise.  We submitted an offer for $25.00 to settled the taxpayer's entire debt.  Ms. Foster didn't have to make the OIC application fee or the 20% down payment.

Resolution Outcome:  Ms. Foster's offer was accepted for only $25 without any resistance from the IRS. She finally has her life back with the help of Lifeback Tax!

Lifeback Tax Resolution Process: When the taxpayer retained our services, he had an active levy on this account. We immediately halted collection action on the file and submitted the financials for hardship status. Once hardship status was approved, we reviewed the file for an Offer In Compromise (OIC) by evaluating self-employed income, estimated quarterly payments, and state expiration dates.

Resolution Outcome:  Martin M.'s Offer In Compromise was accepted for $4,488. The client has 5 months from the date of acceptance to pay off the accepted amount. Martin finally has his life back!

Lifeback Tax Resolution Process: When the client retained our services, she was on a payment plan with the IRS and also behind on her estimated tax deposit payments. Lifeback Tax educated her on the importance of making estimated tax deposits to prevent the client from obtaining debt again in the future. We also submitted the case for hardship status while reviewing the file for an Offer In Compromise (OIC). The IRS approved the hardship status and we moved the file for an OIC. Lifeback Tax submitted the case for $100 to the IRS to settle the taxpayer's debt.  Cynthia didn't have to make the OIC application fee or the 20% down payment.

Taxpayer Situation: Wilber E. owed the Internal Revenue Service over $12,000 for tax years 2013, 2014 and 2018.  Wilber is a simple wage earner who fell behind on taxes while trying to make ends meet.

Lifeback Tax Resolution Process: When Wilber retained our services, he was on a monthly payment plan with the IRS.  Lifeback Tax immediately prepared the financials for the taxpayer and placed his account into hardship (CNC) status. As a result, Wilber did not have to finish paying off the debt on his payment plan.  Wilber was compliant with his current tax filings,  which allowed the Lifeback team to submit an Offer In Compromise(OIC) for the client for $500.  The IRS accepted our offered amount with no hesitation!  Wilber did have to send in the OIC application and 20% required OIC down payment which was $100 in this case.

Resolution Outcome:  Wilber finally has his life back with the fresh start he deserves.  He also has 5 months from the date of the OIC acceptance letter to submit the remaining $400 to the IRS. Once the offer settled amount has been satisfied, all tax liens will be released from his account.

Lifeback Tax Resolution Process:  When Guillermo retained our services, his account was in danger of being placed into enforcement action by the state. Lifeback Tax placed a collection hold on the account and placed the account into temporary hardship status. Then, we followed up by submitting an Offer In Compromise with the state. Lifeback Tax was able successfully settle the entire tax debt for $1,500.

Resolution Outcome:  Guillermo’s OIC was accepted with the state of California and the taxpayer obtained release of lien once he paid off his entire $1,500 offered amount to the state.

11-5-2020 Mr. Bruce. L.

Bruce L. owed the IRS over $13,000 and Lifeback settled it for $3000!

Taxpayer Situation: When Bruce L., a wage earner, retained our services he owed the IRS over $13,000 for tax years 2013 and 2015.  Bruce was in full compliance with filing his tax returns. Additionally, he had a small amount of equity in his retirement.

Lifeback Tax Resolution Process:  When Bruce came on board, he was in the process of defaulted payment plan with the IRS on a $100 monthly basis. Unfortunately, Bruce’s account was headed back to enforcement actions.  Lifeback Tax immediately prepared financials for the taxpayer.  Based on his financials, we were able to place Bruce’s account into hardship status. Our team also halted all collection actions with no monthly payment plan for Bruce.

Once the taxpayer's account had been placed in  hardship status, we submitted an OIC with the IRS to settle Bruce’s entire tax debt for $3,000 based on his financials. Bruce was not required to submit the OIC application fee or the required 20% down on his payment!

Resolution outcome:  The IRS accepted Bruce's OIC instantaneously. He now has five months from the date of the accepted letter to submit the OIC accepted amount.  Bruce finally has his life and is free from the stress of the IRS.

10-28-2020 Mr. & Mrs. Imamura

Mr.  & Mrs. Imamura  owed the IRS $49,000. Lifeback Tax settled it for only $700!

Taxpayer Situation: Mr. & Mrs. Imamura,  both wage earners, owed the IRS over $49,000 for trust fund recovery penalties (often known as civil penalties) for the third quarter of 2009, all four quarters of 2010 and 2011. The trust fund recovery penalties stemmed from unpaid payroll taxes during the course of Mr. & Mrs. Imamura’s business operations. The IRS assessed the taxpayers personally for their unpaid payroll taxes.

The Lifeback Tax Resolution Process: When Mr. & Mrs. Imamura retained our services, their account had been placed in active collections. Lifeback Tax placed all enforcement actions on hold and released pending garnishments immediately. The taxpayers were in compliance and therefore did not need to file any missing tax returns.

Then, Lifeback Tax prepared detailed financial analysis and submitted the taxpayers’ financials for the Currently Non Collectible (CNC) status. Mr. & Mrs. Imamura’s account was thereby placed in hardship status. Once the case was approved for hardship status, another extensive financial analysis was reviewed with the clients before submitting their financials for an Offer In Compromise (OIC).

Lifeback Tax offered the IRS $500 to submit the Mr. & Mrs. Imamura’s offer. The taxpayers were required to submit 20% of the initial OIC amount ($100) along with their OIC and application fee. However, The IRS did not accept the offer for $500. Instead, the IRS counter offered for $700.00. Mr. & Mrs. Imamura agreed to accept the offer for $700.  The taxpayers now have five months to submit the $700, which will be divided into monthly payments with the IRS.

Tax Resolution Outcome: Finally, the IRS accepted Mrs. & Mrs. Imamura's offer! We negotiated their entire debt from $49,000 to only $700. The taxpayers finally have a fresh start and their lives back without having to worry about civil penalties (from payroll taxes).

Taxpayer Situation: Charles M., a wage earner, owed the IRS over $26,000 for tax year 2011. The taxpayer was missing his 2017 tax year and the IRS had been enforcing collection action against him. Charles also had equity in his property.

The Lifeback Tax Resolution Process: Once Charles retained our services, we immediately contacted the IRS and placed all enforcement action on hold. Then, we obtained his account transcripts. Charles was advised to prepare his 2017 tax return in a timely manner in order to ensure compliance with the IRS. To resolve his issue, our team ordered the necessary income documents so he could prepare his 2017 tax return. As a result, Charles only had a small balance on his 2017 tax year.

Lifeback Tax prepared an extension financial analysis and submitted the taxpayer's financials for the Currently Non Collectible (CNC) status. The IRS agreed with us that Charles didn't have the means to pay the amount towards his balance. As a result, the IRS placed Charles' account into hardship status.

After placing the account into hardship status, our firm submitted an offer to settle the entire tax debt for $500 for tax years 2011 and 2017. In order to submit his offer, Charles was required to deposit 20% of the initial OIC amount ($100) along with his OIC and application fee.

Tax Resolution Outcome: Without any resistance from the IRS and despite having equity in his property, the IRS accepted Charles' offer! We negotiated Charles' entire debt from $26,000 to only $500. Lifeback Tax got the client in current compliance and placed the account in hardship with the IRS. Next, the Offer In Compromise (OIC) was submitted on behalf of the taxpayer and settled for $4,058.00. The client filed his 2006 and 2007 tax year and paid off any pending balance because of the state of MD Offer In Compromise (OIC) rule which clear states that each assessment must be two years or older. All the assessments were older than two years except for 2006 and 2007. Once the client was able to pay off his balance for tax year 2006 and 2007, we submitted an OIC for the client, which was accepted for $2,000.00. Lifeback Tax helped client get this life back by settling his tax debt but educating the client on the importance of compliance and filing tax returns timely.

7-22-2019 Mr. Procel

Mr. Procel owed the IRS over $43,000.00 and Lifeback Tax settled the debt for $1,000.00. Mr. Procel owed the IRS for tax years 2010, 2011 and 2012. Mr. Procel was current with the filing of all his tax returns. Mr. Procel's file was approved for hardship followed by an Offer In Compromise (OIC) application. Initially, the OIC was rejected because the taxpayer had rental property with buildup equity. Lifeback Tax appealed the OIC rejected and it was accepted in OIC appeals for $1,000.00. Our team fought hard for our client and got his life back. Lifeback Tax was also successful in getting client's offer accepted $2,000.00 on a smaller debt.
