In order to make your quarterly estimated tax payment, you can look to Form 1040-ES for help. Once you have figured out how much you owe, you can make an electronic payment through the IRS Direct Pay process. You may also make payments via your debit or credit card; however, keep in mind that there are fees applied when you choose to pay by card.
